After 15 unforgettable years at Real Madrid, right-back Lorenzo Aguado is departing the club for a new challenge with Albacete.
Aguado, the club’s longest-serving youth player, saw his journey peak last season with a first-team debut in the Copa del Rey.

Despite tempting offers from Qatar, Real Madrid rejected them, instead approving his move to Albacete, where Jesús Vallejo also plays.
In an emotional farewell, Aguado expressed pride in his long service and the milestone of debuting for Real Madrid’s senior side,reports MANAGING MADRID
“It’s hard to describe what it means to close such a deep, meaningful chapter of my life at Real Madrid,” he wrote.
He added, “I never imagined how far this dream would take me. Debuting with the first team was the ultimate reward.”
Now 23, Aguado leaves not just with memories but strong bonds—players, coaches, and staff who shaped his personal and professional growth.
He concluded his farewell by emphasizing the honor of wearing the white shirt and the family he found during those years.
