Barcelona goalkeeper and captain Marc-André ter Stegen has addressed the media, firmly denying any reported fallout with the club.
Speaking from El Prat Airport before flying to Bordeaux for surgery, the veteran German shot-stopper affirmed: “The relationship with the club is good.”
He dismissed speculations of tension, insisting everything remains intact between himself and Barcelona, despite recent stories suggesting internal issues and possible leadership changes.

When questioned about his physical condition, Ter Stegen responded humorously: “If you have to undergo surgery, something’s obviously wrong, don’t you think?”
The surgery, scheduled at Sports Clinic Bordeaux Merignac, will address a lingering lower back problem that’s sidelined him since pre-season.
Barcelona are expected to release an official statement regarding his recovery period once the procedure is completed and evaluation is done, reports BARCA UNIVERSAL
Although Ter Stegen anticipates a three-month absence, medical experts believe recovery might last four to five months, possibly affecting Barcelona’s squad plans.
In that case, the club could register one of their new signings in his absence, opening up a temporary but vital squad spot.
