After joining Bayern Munich in 2023, Kane fulfilled his long-awaited dream by winning major silverware in the 2024/25 season.
Though he remains focused on success in Germany, reports suggest Kane is eyeing a return to England after the 2026 World Cup.
The Telegraph claims 2026 could mark Kane’s Premier League return, with Tottenham in a strong position to re-sign him.
Chairman Daniel Levy previously revealed a buy back clause exists, giving Spurs first refusal if Kane becomes available.
Additionally, reports suggest a release clause allows Kane to leave Bayern for £54million, possibly as early as January.
Kane has scored 85 goals in 96 games for Bayern and is still performing at an elite level for club and country.
Spurs would likely welcome him back, especially with the forward just 47 goals shy of Alan Shearer’s all time Premier League record.
To break that record, Kane may need at least two full Premier League seasons, making a 2026 move highly strategic, reports Football London.
His return would not only boost Spurs but also reignite one of English football’s most iconic goal chases.
