Jackson, 24, joined Chelsea from Villarreal in 2023 and has scored 30 goals in 81 appearances across all competitions for the Blues.
His position at Stamford Bridge could now be under threat after Chelsea added Joao Pedro and Liam Delap to their forward line.
As a result, several top clubs across Europe have expressed interest in the Senegal international ahead of the 2025/26 season.
Manchester United have already signed Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha, but manager Ruben Amorim wants another striker this summer.
The Red Devils see Jackson as a versatile attacking option and have increased their scouting efforts to assess his suitability.
Barcelona are also in the mix, with sporting director Deco reportedly planning talks with Chelsea for a potential loan move.
Their proposal may include a season-long loan with an option to buy, allowing Jackson to compete in La Liga again.
Chelsea are open to selling Jackson for a reported fee of £43 million, though many interested clubs view that as excessive, reports Shoot.
Arsenal, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Napoli, and Juventus have also been linked, but Jackson’s future remains uncertain as negotiations continue.
